The paper deals with current methods of diagnosis of female genital tuberculosis, which is very difficult despite numerous studies, it shows the frequency of its latent forms. The present classification of the disease and its clinical manifestations are given. The paper shows that only a complex of studies may make its diagnosis and determine the intensity of the process. It analyzes the results of tuberculin tests, microbiological, histological, X-ray studies. The paper shows it necessary to use the present diagnostic techniques, including laparoscopy and hysteroscopy.
