We have attempted to determine the outcome of 87 out-patients who were lost from follow-up. Several factors have been assessed: causes of lost from follow-up duration of oral anticoagulation, recurrent venous thromboembolic events, cause of death (if applicable).

Purpose: The available scientific evidence on the effectiveness of the surgical treatment of peri-implantitis is limited. The aim of this study was to assess the risk of recurrence or disease progression in patients with peri-implantitis that underwent surgical treatment.
Materials And Methods: A retrospective cohort study was carried out in patients subjected to peri-implant surgery between 2015 and 2021, and with a minimum follow-up of 12 months.

With the use of Anti-D prophylaxis for rhesus D-negative pregnant women, other Rh and non-Rh allo-antibodies have become relatively more important. The index case reports severe hemolytic disease of the newborn due to anti-E antibody in a full-term baby boy born to a COVID-19-positive mother.
