Statement Of Problem: Olfactory neuroblastoma (ON) and ethmoid adenocarcinoma (AC) are rare sinonasal malignancies that often involve the skull base. Standard surgical treatment is craniofacial resection (CFR), which allows for efficient removal but entails significant morbidity and mortality.
