Creation of automated database "Archive of occupational diseases clinic" is an important task of informational support for occupational pathology centers. Constructing the database, the authors designed an "Accounting chart of patient with occupational disease for diagnostic survey in occupational pathology center" and a "Diagnosis of occupational disease" code book adjusted to X ICD with instruction. Analysis of the information obtained forms a basis for forecasting the course of pathologic process, for justifying a complex of treatment and prophylaxis.

This study aimed to evaluate the frequency of pneumonia, identify microbiological factors, investigate diagnostic methods, and analyse prognosis.
Materials And Methods: A retrospective study was conducted to identify adult SOT recipients referred to the pulmonary diseases department with a preliminary pneumonia diagnosis between 2011 and 2019.

The APLAR has published a set of recommendations on the management of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) in 2021. The current consensus paper supplements and updates specifically the treatment of lupus nephritis (LN) according to two rounds of Delphi exercise from members of the APLAR SLE special interest group, invited nephrologists, histopathologists, and lupus nephritis patients. For initial treatment of LN, we recommend a combination of glucocorticoids (GCs) with cyclophosphamide (CYC), mycophenolate mofetil (MMF), or the calcineurin inhibitors (CNIs) as first-line options.
