Background: This study addresses a gap in the literature by examining how health literacy mediates the relationship between trust in public health authorities and distrust in health systems, particularly in the Turkish context. While previous studies have examined trust and health literacy separately, few have examined trust in health systems regarding health literacy and trust in public health authorities. Therefore, the primary purpose of this study is to determine the mediating role of health literacy in the relationship between trust in public health authorities and distrust in the health system.

Objective: This study aims to validate the feasibility of applying an adapted version of the Hahn tricuspid valve nomenclature to classify the leaflets of the tricuspid valve in the subxiphoid short-axis view (SSAV) using transthoracic echocardiography (TTE).
Methods: Referral patients from three medical institutions underwent TTE, with the requirement that the tricuspid valve structure be clearly visible in standard views (AC4 V, PSAV, RVIT, S4CV). The tricuspid valve leaflets were classified retrospectively based on the nomenclature proposed by Hahn et al.

The hippocampus and entorhinal cortex encode spaces by spatially local and hexagonal grid activity patterns (place cells and grid cells), respectively. In addition, the same brain regions also implicate neural representations for nonspatial, semantic concepts (concept cells). These observations suggest that neurocomputational mechanisms for spatial knowledge and semantic concepts are related in the brain.

Methodology: The study involved English-Tamil fluent adults, using a 15-item OHE questionnaire translated through expert forward and backward translations. An expert panel ensured conceptual equivalence, and a pilot study with 30 participants refined the translation.
