Background: The COVID-19 pandemic prompted a shift in healthcare delivery, necessitating the rapid adoption of technology, including telerehabilitation. This study focused on understanding the current perspectives and experiences of hand therapists in Canada and the United States regarding implementation of telerehabilitation in hand therapy, traditionally reliant on in-person interactions.
Purpose: The study aimed to assess the utilization, perceptions, and barriers of telerehabilitation among hand therapists, providing insights into challenges and opportunities for incorporation into practices.

Purpose: This study aimed to investigate the risk factors for severe radiation pneumonitis (RP) after thoracic radiotherapy (RT) in patients with locally advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), develop a prediction model to identify high-risk groups, and investigate the impact of severe RP on overall survival (OS).
Methods: We retrospectively collected clinical, dosimetric, and hematological factors of patients with stage III NSCLC receiving thoracic RT without immunotherapy. The primary and secondary end points were severe RP and OS, respectively.

As global demand for sustainable chemical processes intensifies, seawater, with its vast availability and rich composition, represents a promising resource for advancing green chemical technologies. Seawater can serve as a feedstock or intermediate for producing fuels and chemicals, including hydrogen, chlorine gas and chloride, sodium, magnesium, and carbon-based compounds through specific electrochemical reactions. While extensive studies have been focused on seawater hydrogen production, systematic exploration of its broader electrochemical reactions remains limited.

For braised pork belly, a popular traditional Chinese dish, we lack a scientific knowledge to reduce the formation of harmful heterocyclic amines (HAs) and advanced glycation end products (AGEs) while maintaining sensory quality. This study aimed to clarify the factors affecting the formation of free and protein-bound HAs and AGEs during the braised pork belly cooking process using UPLC-MS/MS analysis. The results indicated that soy sauce significantly promoted the formation of HAs, with organic soy sauce exhibiting the strongest promoting effect, increasing HAs by 270.
