Introduction: Small bowel volvulus (SBV) involves the abnormal twisting of a small bowel loop around its mesenteric axis, often causing intestinal obstruction. It is rare in Western countries but accounts for up to 20-35 % of small bowel obstruction (SBO) cases in Asia, Africa, and the Middle East due to dietary and environmental factors. Non specific symptoms might lead to delayed diagnosis.

Introduction And Importance: Salivary calculi represent the most common salivary gland disease. It can vary significantly in size, ranging from less than 1 mm to several centimeters. As the size of the stone increases, the surgical approach becomes more complex and the function of the gland may be compromised, potentially necessitating total gland removal.

Introduction: Appendiceal diverticulitis is an uncommon pathology that imitates acute appendicitis and is usually treated by appendicectomy.
Cases Presentation: We present two cases: a 50-year-old female patient and a 35-year-old male patient, both of whom presented with signs and symptoms of acute appendicitis and were managed accordingly. Final pathological examination confirmed the presence of an appendiceal diverticulum.

Introduction And Importance: Debulking surgery is the main approach for recurrent adult granulosa cell tumors (AGCTs), but the effectiveness of laparoscopic extensive cytoreduction in advanced cases and its impact on quality of life (QoL) remains unclear.
Case Presentation: A 34-year-old woman, who had a right adnexectomy for AGCT in 2020, was referred with an 8-month history of a large left ovarian cyst and amenorrhea. Preoperative evaluations indicated a recurrence 18 months post-diagnosis.
