Glioma is characterized by high heterogeneity and poor prognosis. Attempts have been made to understand its diversity in both genetic expressions and radiomic characteristics, while few integrated the two omics in predicting survival of glioma. This study was intended to investigate the connection between glioma imaging and genome, and examine its predictive value in glioma mortality risk and tumor immune microenvironment (TIME).

In the present study, the nematicidal and fungicidal activity of the biosurfactant (BS) produced by the strain Serratia ureilytica UTS was evaluated. The highest mortality of J2 juveniles of the nematode Nacobbus aberrans was 92.3% at a concentration of 30 mg/mL.

Objectives: To improve preoperative diagnostic accuracy of struma ovarii by retrospectively reviewing magnetic resonance (MR) findings. It is beneficial to choose the most appropriate surgical modality for the patient.
Methods: We retrospectively reviewed the clinical course and MR characteristics of 52 patients who were diagnosed postoperatively with struma ovarii, pathologically, from two institutions.

Background: Amyloid-β accumulation is a pivotal factor in Alzheimer's disease (AD) progression. As treatment for AD has not been successful yet, the most effective approach lies in early diagnosis and the subsequent delay of disease progression.
