Purpose: To report an exceptionally rare instance of Endoscopic endonasal dacryocystectomy.

Observations: Dacryocystectomy (DCT), a procedure of surgical extirpation of the lacrimal sac is normally approached by an external route. However, an endoscopic endonasal approach DCT is rare and usually reserved in cases where intellectual disabilities of a patient become a restrictive factor in maintenance of a healthy external wound.

IgG4-related disease (IgG4-RD) is a systemic inflammatory condition characterized by tissue infiltration with IgG4-positive plasma cells and a tendency to form mass-like lesions in various organs. IgG4-related sinusitis, although a relatively rare manifestation of IgG4-RD, significantly impacts the paranasal sinuses. A 52-year-old man presented with persistent rhinorrhea, nasal obstruction, and headaches.

Introduction And Importance: Orbital lymphomas, are extranodal lymphomas primarily involving the ocular adnexa, which includes conjunctiva, eyelids, eyelashes, eyebrows, lacrimal glands, retro-orbital soft tissues, and the extraocular muscles. Ocular adnexal lymphomas can be primary or secondary. This case is important because there are few case reports in the world, and it is among the first case to be reported from Ethiopia.

Purpose: To relate dacryoscintillographic features to presenting symptoms and signs for watery-eyed patients with patent drainage systems.

Methods: Retrospective case note and imaging review for patients with watering eye(s) and clinical evidence of impaired tear drainage who underwent dacryoscintillography (DSG). Three DSG features were graded, along with 4 symptoms, 7 signs, and the degree of fluid reflux and nasal fluid passage on gentle syringing.
