The Project of rehabilitation and reconstruction of essential hospital services at the overall territory of The Federation BiH till secondary level is briefly described in the paper. The Project is carried out with financial assistance of IDA and several foreign governments. The Project includes physical reconstruction of hospitals, equipment, development of clinical training, reform of health financing, and hospital management. 16.25 millions US$ are provided, and 5.25 millions US$ more is necessary.
