Through a case report and a review of the literature, the indications and contraindications for intentional replantation are discussed. The current procedures and techniques for this seldom used modality are presented.

The aim of this article is to systematically describe a thorough examination of the hand and the various options for reconstructing loss injuries of the hand, thereby creating an overview that can be utilized in practice. The article focuses on methods ranging from simple healing by secondary intention to basic techniques of flap reconstruction.

This report highlights successful management of a rare case of a mandibular premolar with Oehler's Type IIIb Dens Invaginatus (DI) and peri-invagination periodontitis with guided intentional replantation without root canal treatment. A 22-year-old female patient reported with discomfort and a sinus tract associated with tooth number 21. Clinical examination and cone beam computed tomography revealed tooth number 21 had an Oehler's Type IIIb DI with peri-invagination periodontitis.

Aim And Background: The management of crown-root fractures poses significant uncertainty and involves meticulous evaluation of the tooth and supporting structures. The uncertain prognosis associated with crown-root fractures necessitates periodic evaluation.
Case Description: A 15-year-old female presenting with crown-root fracture of the permanent left maxillary incisors was treated by surgical extrusion with rotation for the central incisor, while the lateral incisor was coronally extruded by 2 mm.
