This paper presents treatment experience obtained upon 7 patients studied case of mandible condylar process high intra-articular fractures accompanied by the dislocation of the articular head. To reach dislocated head the osteotomy of hinder border ramus mandible together with the condylar process neck was carried out. And the latter was rewomed form the wound. After that the extraction of all the head itself followed. A side the wound the osteosynthesis with the help of titanium bone screws and miniplates was conducted. Then the fragment of ascending ramus mandible with attached mandible condylar condylar process head was replanted into the wound. High immediate and late results (followed up for 18 months) demonstrate the potential efficiency of the proposed method.
