Prediction of isocitrate dehydrogenase (IDH) mutation status and epilepsy occurrence are important to glioma patients. Although machine learning models have been constructed for both issues, the correlation between them has not been explored. Our study aimed to exploit this correlation to improve the performance of both of the IDH mutation status identification and epilepsy diagnosis models in patients with glioma II-IV.

Background: Vocal therapy, such as singing training, is an increasingly popular pulmonary rehabilitation program that has improved respiratory muscle status in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). However, variations in singing treatment protocols have led to inconsistent clinical outcomes.
Objective: This study aims to explore the content of vocalization training for patients with COPD by observing differences in respiratory muscle activation across different vocalization tasks.

: Carpal tunnel syndrome (CTS) is a common peripheral neuropathy, often assessed using the Boston Carpal Tunnel Questionnaire (BCTQ). The BCTQ evaluates symptom severity (SSS) and functional status (FSS) but has limitations in stratifying CTS severity, particularly in severe cases. : This study aimed to evaluate the utility of the BCTQ in a homogeneous cohort of female workers engaged in repetitive manual tasks, exploring its correlation with objective clinical measures and its performance in detecting CTS severity.

Introduction: The cerebellum is a common lesion site in persons with multiple sclerosis (PwMS). Physiologic and anatomic studies have identified a topographic organization of the cerebellum including functionally distinct motor and cognitive areas. In this study, a recent parcellation algorithm was applied to a sample of PwMS and healthy controls to examine the relationships among specific cerebellar regions, fall status, and common clinical measures of motor and cognitive functions.
