Aims: The present study aims to investigate the clinical outcomes of arthroscopic suture fixation in treating tibial eminence fracture with a retrospective study design of two years' follow-up.
Methods: A total of 33 patients with imaging evidence of tibial eminence avulsion fractures who underwent arthroscopic surgery between 2008 and 2012 were included in this study. The inclusion criteria for the study were a displaced tibial eminence avulsion fracture and anterior knee instability of grade II or higher inskeletally mature patients.

We propose a new technique, with double bundle, double tibial tunnels with a bridge between them, using the hamstrings as auto-grafts, retaining either their central or peripheral attachment. A prospective series of 41 patients underwent primary reconstruction of the anterior cruciate ligament by one surgeon, arthroscopically and electronically assisted; 37 were men and 4 were women with a mean age of 24.7 years.

In an attempt to assess reconstruction of the anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) by a new method, 18 New Zealand white rabbits underwent ACL replacement using the medial one-third of the patellar tendon and the semitendinosus tendon, thus partly reproducing the anatomical configuration of the ACL, with the semitendinosus tendon replacing the posterolateral bundle of the ACL and the patellar tendon replacing the anteromedial bundle. The Noulis-Trillat-Lachman test was performed before and after transection of the ACL, after reconstruction and before sacrifice. The animals were divided into four groups and were killed at 3, 6, 12 and 22 weeks after surgery.
