Background: Geraniol 10-hydroxylase (G10H) is a cytochrome P450 monooxygenase involved in regulation, which is involved in the biosynthesis of monoterpene. However, G10H is not characterized at the enzymatic mechanism and regulatory function in .
Methods And Results: A gene related to the biosynthesis of monoterpenoid, geraniol 10-hydroxylase, has been cloned from the medicinal plant .

Pulmonary nodules are the main manifestations of early lung cancer. Non-small cell lung cancer is the most common histological type of lung cancer, and the main histological classification of non-small cell lung cancer is lung adenocarcinoma. The present study aimed to analyze the differentially expressed genes between patients with benign and malignant pulmonary nodules, and to identify potential therapeutic targets for lung adenocarcinoma.

Background: Keloids are disfiguring, fibrotic scar-like lesions that are challenging to treat and commonly recur after therapy. A deeper understanding of the mechanisms driving keloid formation is necessary for the development of more effective therapies. Reduced vitamin D receptor (VDR) expression has been observed in keloids, implicating vitamin D signaling in keloid pathology.

FAM136A deficiency has been associated with Ménière's disease. However, the underlying mechanism of action of this protein remains unclear. We hypothesized that FAM136A functions in maintaining mitochondria, even in HepG2 cells.

Soft corals are prolific producers of terpenoids, such as pseudopterosins. The exact biosynthetic pathway of these anti-inflammatory diterpene glycosides has eluded the scientific community for decades. Using a forward genetic approach, we have identified, cloned, and expressed the key genes involved in pseudopterosin biosynthesis.
