[A comparative evaluation of the technological characteristics of working with metal-containing filling materials in the clinic].

The features of clinical use of gallium alloys "Galloy" and "Metallodent-c" were compared with amalgam "Dispersalloy". Gallium materials, offered as an alternative for amalgams, are comfortable for use and more plastic. They moisten walls of cavity better, become hand faster and keep their form very well. Gallium materials are brought into prepared cavity easier and processed faster then amalgams. There is no need in maintenance of strict sanitary rules are necessary while using of amalgams.
