Objectives: In recent years, with the advancement of sublobar resection, A safe, painless method for locating peripheral pulmonary nodules is required. Previously, an alternative method of arterial watershed localization was been introduced to remedy the shortcomings of preoperative CT-guided localization or other methods for locating pulmonary nodules, but its technical limitations were discovered during clinical application. Therefore, we innovated a technique to localize non-subpleural nodules using basin analysis of the target vein and validated its feasibility and safety.

Schwannomas are rare, benign tumours arising from Schwann cells, with oesophageal cases representing a small fraction. Their variety of symptoms and nonspecific imaging features often make preoperative diagnosis challenging, frequently requiring immunohistochemical staining for confirmation. We describe the case of a 62-year-old woman with progressive dysphagia, found to have a subepithelial mass at the gastroesophageal junction (GOJ).

Purpose: Thoracic surgery is among the most painful surgeries, postoperative pain can lead to a poor prognosis. This study aimed to explore the analgesic effect of ultrasound-guided continuous rhomboid intercostal and sub-serratus (RISS) plane block Comparison of thoracoscopic intercostal nerve block (ICNB) on postoperative pain management and recovery in patients who underwent Video-Assisted Thoracic Surgery (VATS) Lobectomy.
Methods: This prospective randomized controlled study enrolled patients after VATS Lobectomy who received ultrasound-guided continuous RISS plane block (RISS group) or ICNB (Control group) for postoperative pain.

Background: Ultrasound-guided intercostal nerve block (UINB) and thoracoscopic-guided intercostal nerve block (TINB) are often used for analgesia after thoracic surgery. Herein, we compared the application of TINB and UINB for analgesia after uniportal video-assisted lobectomy.
Methods: Sixty patients were randomly allocated into two groups: UINB and TINB.

Background: Several methods can be used to intraoperatively identify pulmonary lesion using radiation technology. However, little is known about patient radiation exposure during chest surgery. We aimed to measure patients' radiation exposure from cone-beam computed tomography (CBCT) used in a hybrid operating room.
