Cerebellar hemorrhage may present with a spectrum of clinical manifestations, from a benign course with little to no neurologic deficit to a rapidly fatal course with hydrocephalus and brainstem compression. In patients with clinical deterioration, ventricular drainage and surgical evacuation of clot may be life-saving. Several retrospective studies have attempted to define radiographic indicators of the need for surgery with moderate success. A rational approach to the management of the patient with cerebellar hemorrhage is presented.

This study aims to demonstrate the effect of gamma knife radiosurgery (GKRS) on symptoms, hemorrhage rates, and histopathological changes in patients with cavernous malformations (CMs), regardless of whether the symptomatic lesions are hemorrhagic. This single-center retrospective study evaluated symptomatic patients with single CMs treated with GKRS between 2016 and 2023. The patients' demographic data, presenting symptoms, GKRS radiation dose, complications developed during follow-up (hemorrhage, radiotoxicity), the rate of symptom improvement, and histopathological changes of surgically removed CMs were recorded.

Background: Medulloblastoma is the most common malignant pediatric brain tumor, typically treated with normofractionated craniospinal irradiation (CSI) with an additional boost over about 6 weeks in children older than 3 years. This study investigates the sensitivity of pediatric medulloblastoma cell lines to different radiation fractionation schedules. While extensively studied in adult tumors, these ratios remain unknown in pediatric cases due to the rarity of the disease.

Purpose: This literature review aims to synthesise current research on the application of artificial intelligence (AI) for the segmentation of brain neuroanatomical structures in magnetic resonance imaging (MRI).
Methods: A literature search was conducted using the databases Embase, Medline, Scopus, and Web of Science, and captured articles were assessed for inclusion in the review. Data extraction was performed for the summary of the AI model used, and key findings of each article, advantages and disadvantages were identified.

The current study performed a comprehensive assessment of blood supply in the cerebellum of dromedary camels. To the best of our knowledge, this study is the first to provide detailed information about the origins, routes, and complicated patterns of branching in the rostral and caudal cerebellar arteries of dromedary camels. In total, 55 heads from male dromedary camels aged 2-6 years were analyzed using advanced casting techniques.
