The authors review the different methodological suggestions concerning thrombolysis, especially from the aspects of the absolute and relative contraindications of the treatment. They present case reports to prove that in patients with life threatening thromboembolic diseases some points of contraindications may be disregarded. They suggest a new strategy of absolute and relative contraindications be made considering the currently available recently introduced thrombolytic therapy.

Extensive researches illuminate a potential interplay between immune traits and psychiatric disorders. However, whether there is the causal relationship between the two remains an unresolved question. We conducted a two-sample bidirectional mendelian randomization by utilizing summary data of 731 immune cell traits from genome-wide association studies (GCST90001391-GCST90002121)) and 11 psychiatric disorders including attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), anxiety disorder, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), bipolar disorder (BIP), anorexia nervosa (AN), major depressive disorder (MDD), obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), Tourette syndrome (TS), post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), schizophrenia (SCZ), and substance use disorders (cannabis) (SUD) from the Psychiatric Genomics Consortium (PGC).

Background: Cardiopulmonary exercise testing (CPET) is usually considered the gold standard for assessing maximal oxygen consumption (V̇O), a health and performance marker in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Despite the widespread application of CPET, the absolute and relative test-retest reliability of CPET-derived metrics remains unexamined.
Objective: To examine and compare test-retest reliability of CPET derived metrics in individuals with COPD and healthy matched controls.

Objective: Several reproductive factors are associated with ovarian cancer risk but the association with survival is less clear. The main aim was to examine the impact of pre-diagnostic reproductive factors on long-term ovarian cancer survival (≥10 years).
Methods: We included all women with epithelial ovarian cancer in Denmark, 1990-2014.

Understanding interspecific introgressive hybridisation and the biological significance of introgressed variation remains an important goal in population genomics. European (Anguilla anguilla) and American eel (A. rostrata) represent a remarkable case of hybridisation.

This algorithm leverages convolutional neural networks for image recognition to convert one-dimensional voltage data into two-dimensional voltage spectral images. To enhance accuracy, it combines emissivity trend inversion with emissivity constraint algorithms.
