The authors describe their technique and their experience of ambulatory surgical-cryotherapeutic combined, treatment of anal fissure. The data were observed in 35 patients (medium age 37.5); in 16 cases, previous treatments gave no benefit. The surgical treatment was the lateral internal close sphincterotomy according to Notaras, with local anesthesia (personal technique), followed by a fissure curettage with a N protosside cryosound. The results confirm the well known effectiveness of lateral internal sphincterotomy and the validity of ambulatory treatment and of cryotherapy.

Prosocial is a systems-level intervention framework that incorporates elements of acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) with Ostrom's core design principles (CDPs) guiding effective organizations and collective action (Ostrom, 1990). We evaluated a Prosocial intervention to support teachers and staff in a specialized school. AB analysis supported improvements in group cohesion and values-behavior alignment during the intervention and pre-post analyses showed significant improvements in psychological flexibility and perceived stress of participants.

Little information is available about the automation of data collection in ABA therapy, such as through machine learning (ML). Our survey of ABA therapists nationally revealed mixed levels of familiarity with ML and generally neutral responses to statements endorsing the benefits of ML.
