Purpose: To explore the anatomical features of left iliac vein (LIV) in non-thrombotic venous leg ulcers (VLUs) and to identify the impact of these anatomical features on VLUs based on computed tomography venography (CTV).
Methods: This is a retrospective, single-center study of a database (2021-2023) of 431 patients with non-thrombotic chronic venous insufficiency. According to CEAP clinical (C) classifications, cases of C6 and C2 were included for analysis as case and control groups.

Tumor-induced osteomalacia is characterized by hypophosphatemia and fragility fractures caused by fibroblast growth factor 23 (FGF23)-producing tumors. We report a case of tumor-induced osteomalacia in which the tumor location could be determined by gallium 68 (Ga)-DOTATOC positron emission tomography (PET)/computed tomography (CT). A 74-year-old woman had recurrent fractures and bone pain.

Objective: Deep vein thrombosis (DVT) is a known complication of fractures. This study aimed to explore the genetic causal relationship between DVT and fracture sites.
Research Design And Methods: The exposures analyzed in this study included fracture of femur (FFE), fracture of lower leg, including ankle (FLLA), fracture of shoulder and upper arm (FSUA), fracture of forearm (FFO), fracture of rib, sternum and thoracic spine (FRSTS) and fracture of lumbar spine and pelvis (FLSP).

Background: Adrenal Vein Sampling (AVS) is the gold standard for categorizing primary aldosteronism (PA). However, catheterization of the right adrenal vein (RAV) can be technically challenging. This study aimed to investigate the validity of the right renal vertebral contour as fluoroscopic landmarks to help RAV orifice localization during AVS.

Background And Purpose: Proximal protection devices, such as TransCarotid Artery Revascularization (TCAR, SilkRoad Medical, Sunnyvale), aim to yield better outcomes in carotid artery stenting (CAS) than distal protection devices by preventing plaque embolization to the brain. However, transfemoral catheters may not fully reverse flow from the external carotid artery (ECA) to the internal carotid artery (ICA). We assess a new balloon-sheath device, Femoral Flow Reversal Access for Carotid Artery Stenting (FFRACAS), for this purpose.
