The purpose of the study is to optimize monitoring and personalize antihypertensive therapy in patients with severe ischemic cerebral stroke (ICS). We examined 37 patients with ICS, average age 74,1±1,3 years, who received treatment in intensive care wards of the stroke department with general neurology beds of the Municipal Non-Profit Enterprise "City Hospital № 9" of the Zaporizhzhia City Council. There were 16 men (43,2%), average age 71,9±2,1 years; women - 21 (56,8%), average age 75,8±1.

We want to elucidate the therapeutic effect of ethyl pyruvate (EP) on PAH and its possible mechanism. Aim: Hyperkinetic pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) is a complication of congenital heart disease. Gene therapy is a new experimental treatment for PAH, and ultrasound-mediated gene-carrying microbubble targeted delivery is a promising development for gene transfer.
Methods: This study successfully established a hyperkinetic PAH rabbit model by a common carotid artery and jugular vein shunt using the cuff style method.

A large arteriovenous fistula (AVF) is a low-resistant circuit that affects organ perfusion and systemic hemodynamics even in standard conditions. The extent of its' effect in critical states has not been elucidated yet. We used norepinephrine to create systemic vasoconstriction, dobutamine to create high cardiac output, and rapid right ventricle pacing as a model of acute heart failure in a porcine model of high-flow AVF circulation.
