Our study focuses on psychometrics properties of the french version of the Positive and Negative Syndrom Scale (PANSS). 85 schizophrenic subjects, in accordance with DSM III-R criteria were included in this study. Our results allow us to discuss the construct validity and the reliability of this scale. The traditional 3 dimensions of the PANSS (positive, negative and general psychopathology) are discuss. We show that expect positive scale and general psychopathology scale average several symptomatic dimensions. We propose a 5 dimensions solution (negative, hostility, positive, disorganization, anxiety), which represent 54% of the total inertie. The internal consistency of this solution is presented.

Sugarcane has the most complex polyploid genome in the world, and sugar-related traits are one of the most important aims in sugarcane breeding. It is essential to construct a representative pan-transcriptome that contains all transcripts of a species for studies on genetic diversity, population expression, and omics analyses in sugarcane. In this study, we constructed the first comprehensive pan-transcriptome for sugarcane, and 8434 highly reliable open reading frames were found, which were not aligned with any published sugarcane genome.

Objective: The aim of the study is to assess the diagnostic accuracy of 4-dimensional computed tomography (4D-CT) scans for patients with primary hyperparathyroidism (pHPT) after negative or inconclusive Technetium-99m sestamibi single-photon emission computed tomography scan.
Methods: A literature search of several databases was conducted from inception to August 2023. Eligible studies reported adult patients (>18 years old) who underwent 4D-CT after negative or inconclusive sestamibi results.

Background: Pain catastrophizing, or the interpretation of pain as unbearable or intolerable, can increase pain-related anxiety and severity. High levels of pain catastrophizing have also been linked to substance use, particularly for substances with analgesic properties. Importantly, behavioral treatments can reduce pain catastrophizing, making them promising interventions for mitigating pain-related substance use.

The molecular basis for the liquid-liquid phase separation (LLPS) behavior of various biomolecular components in the cell is the formation of multivalent and low-affinity interactions. When the content of these components exceeds a certain critical concentration, the molecules will spontaneously coalesce to form a new liquid phase; i.e.
