Autotransplants of membranous origin and titanium constructions were used in 462 patients with posttraumatic defects and deformations of the upper and medium zones of the facial skeleton. Stable functional and cosmetic results were attained in repair of diplopia and enophthalmos. Surgical methods proposed by the authors accelerate patients' rehabilitation.
