Context: In European and Anglo-Saxon countries, life-sustaining treatment (LST) limitation decisions precede more than 80% of ICU deaths. However, there is now increasing evidence of disagreement and conflict between clinical teams and family members over LST limitation decisions. Understanding Organ Stewardship.

I present a bipartite model of organ stewardship that places it at the intersection of resource stewardship and gift stewardship. Though both forms of stewardship are grounded in relationships of trust, they are importantly distinct, as are the duties they confer. This bipartite model of organ stewardship functions as a beneficial instrument for understanding and resolving conflicts among transplant stakeholders.

Objective: The objective of this systematic review was to investigate the effects of educational interventions designed to develop physical therapist learners' clinical reasoning across the full continuum of professional development.

Data Sources: A systematic search was conducted of 6 databases, the entire Journal of Physical Therapy Education collection, and the reference lists of included articles through March 2022.

Study Selection: English-language primary relevant research studies of all research designs were included while grey literature was excluded.
