Unlabelled: Due to the pandemic brought on by the novel coronavirus (COVID-19), consumers of applied behavior-analytic interventions may be experiencing disrupted access to services. In response to the need for services, behavior analysts and therapists may find themselves treading unchartered waters as they use telehealth to provide direct intervention to consumers. Direct service provision via telehealth extends beyond the bounds of existing telehealth research, which primarily focuses on caregiver training and consultation.

Background: The arrival of COVID-19 brought urgent limitation of visitation in hospitals across the country. Family-centered care and its delivery rapidly changed and left the family behind-unable to actively participate in their loved one's care.
Local Problem: A southeastern academic medical center pediatric cardiac intensive care unit (PCICU) needed to augment family-centered medical rounds when parents could not be at the bedside.

Objectives: This research aimed to examine the perspectives, experiences and practices of international experts in community first response: an intervention that entails the mobilisation of volunteers by the emergency medical services to respond to prehospital medical emergencies, particularly cardiac arrests, in their locality.
Design: This was a qualitative study in which semistructured interviews were conducted via teleconferencing. The data were analysed in accordance with an established thematic analysis procedure.
