Introduction: Publishing medical metadata stored in case report forms (CRFs) is a prerequisite for the development of a learning health system (LHS) by fostering reuse of metadata and standardization in health research. The aim of our study was to investigate medical researchers' (MRs) willingness to share CRFs, to identify reasons for and against CRF sharing, and to determine if and under which conditions MRs might consider sharing CRF metadata via a public registry.

Methods: We examined CRF data sharing commitments for 1842 interventional trials registered on the German Clinical Trials Registry (DRKS) from January 1, 2020, to December 31, 2021.

Objective: This study aimed to identify barriers and facilitators surrounding the implementation of TDOCS from Community Health Workers (CHW)'s perspective before TDOCS implementation.

Methods: A descriptive qualitative study was conducted through semistructured interviews with a purposive sampling of CHWs from partner nursing homes and home care teams. A French framework outlining barriers to asynchronous oral teleconsultation adoption was used to develop the topic guide for this study.

The diverse ecosystems of the Amazon biome play a vital role in the maintenance of biodiversity and delivering essential ecosystem services at both local and global levels. Small-bodied generalist insects, such as those from the order Odonata, contribute significantly to these services and are recognized as sensitive bioindicators of environmental quality. The present study evaluated the diversity and distribution of adult odonates in the Legal Amazonia zone of the Brazilian state of Maranhão, to identify the key environmental drivers shaping local odonate communities.

Purpose: Durvalumab in combination with gemcitabine/cisplatin has shown a favorable benefit-risk profile in the TOPAZ-1 study for advanced biliary tract cancers (BTC). This analysis evaluated the population pharmacokinetics (PopPK) of durvalumab, and exposure-response for efficacy and safety (ERES) of TOPAZ-1.
