We present a case of polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) that developed simultaneous intra- and extra-uterine pregnancy with ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome (OHSS) after induction of ovulation with pure FSH-HCG. At 9 weeks of pregnancy, the bilateral tubal pregnancy caused an imminent spontaneous abortion, and both Fallopian tubes were resected. After the laparotomy, the pregnancy progressed without problems until 31 weeks and 5 days of pregnancy, when signs of spontaneous abortion appeared, and healthy twin female babies were delivered by cesarean section. The incidence of heterotopic pregnancy is increasing in cases in which inducers of ovulation or ART, such as IVF-ET and GIFT, have been employed. One must be well aware that the danger of heterotopic pregnancy following induction of ovulation is imminent, particularly in cases with risk factors of multiple and/or extra-uterine pregnancy, such as PCOS, a history of tubal restoration, and sexually transmitted disease(s).

Our group has developed an extra-uterine environment for newborn development (EXTEND) using an ovine model, that aims to mimic the womb to improve short and long-term health outcomes associated with prematurity. This study's objective was to determine the histologic and transcriptomic consequences of EXTEND on the brain. Histology and RNA-sequencing was conducted on brain tissue from three cohorts of lambs: control pre-term (106-107 days), control late pre-term (127 days), and EXTEND lambs who were born pre-term and supported on EXTEND until late pre-term age (125-128 days).

Objective: The aim of the present study was to compare accuracy, safety and cost-effectiveness of three β-hCG measurements protocols, applied in managing ectopic pregnancies (EP) with methotrexate (MTX): (1) day 1 to 7 β-hCG levels, (2) day 1 to 4 β-hCG levels and (3) day 4 to 7 β-hCG levels.
Methods: Cost-minimization analysis (CMA) based on a retrospective study of patients treated with single-dose MTX for EP, was evaluated at a single institution between January 2001 to May 2021. Successful MTX treatment was defined as no surgical intervention.

Background: Epithelioid trophoblastic tumor (ETT) is the rarest gestational trophoblastic tumor, with poor response to chemotherapy. Hysterectomy, as the cornerstone therapy for early ETT, is particularly challenging in reproductive-age women who often have a strong desire for fertility preservation. The management of extra-uterine ETT could be even more complicated and inconsistent.

Objective: To provide recommendations for the prevention of Rh D alloimmunization in the first trimester of pregnancy.
Materials And Methods: The quality of evidence of the literature was assessed following the GRADE methodology with questions formulated in the PICO format (Patients, Intervention, Comparison, Outcome) and outcomes defined a priori and classified according to their importance. An extensive bibliographic search was performed on Pubmed, Cochrane, EMBASE, and Google Scholar databases.
