Fourty seven years old woman came to our hospital for further examination of incidentally found abnormal chest shadow. Chest US examination revealed lobulated cystic mass. The cyst wall was thin and smooth. Chest computed tomography showed water density cystic mass. Preoperative diagnosis was pericardial cyst. Operation was done. Lobulated cyst was attached to pericardium and diaphragma. Though adhesion to the pericardium was loose, adhesion to the diaphragma was tight. To achieve complete resection of the cyst, partial resection of the diaphragma was needed. Postoperative course was uneventful. Cystic lymphangioma is benign but complications such as infection or bleeding were reported. Then complete resection of the cyst should be done.

Repeated use of nitroglycerin results in a loss of its vasodilatory efficacy which limits its clinical use for the treatment of angina pectoris. This tolerance phenomenon is a defining characteristic of all compounds classified as nitrodilators, which includes NTG as well as S-nitrosothiols and dinitrosyl iron complexes. These compounds vasodilate via activation of soluble guanylate cyclase, although they do not release requisite amounts of free nitric oxide (NO) and some do not even cross the plasma membrane.

An 18-year-old female patient presented with a 1-month history of low back pain, which had worsened and was accompanied by radiating pain in the right lower limb for half a month. She was admitted to our hospital with computed tomography and magnetic resonance imaging findings suggesting calcification of the L3/4 disc and a large intraspinal mass at the L2-4 level. The patient's symptoms did not improve with conservative treatment, and her muscle strength rapidly declined.
