Purpose: This study aims to investigate and compare High Dose Rate Brachytherapy (HDR-BT) with Helical Tomotherapy (HT) treatment plans. The focus is on small target volumes near radiation-sensitive organs in the ocular region, to evaluate the advantages of these techniques in treating skin cancer.

Objective: The purpose of this research intended to determine the impact of an multi-component exercise program on body composition and physical, emotional and social well being (PWB, EWB,SWB) in breast cancer survivors (BCS).  Methods: One hundred and thirty two eight women with BC were enrolled in this research based on inclusion and exclusion criteria and were randomized into group A and B. Petroclival lesions represent a surgical challenge during the endonasal endoscopic approach, as they may involve maneuvers with severe comorbidity. To avoid the morbidity caused by these maneuvers, a contralateral transmaxillary approach (CTA) has been proposed to complement the endoscopic endonasal approach.
