Introduction: Sport Climbing is a rapidly developing sport with an increasing variety and number of injuries, especially now that it is an Olympic event. The objective of this study is to firstly report the presence of Finger Synovial Chondromatosis (FSC) found in the fingers of climbers. Synovial chondromatosis is a rare condition and particularly rare in the hands and fingers.

A male patient in his 50s presented with complaints of pain, swelling and restriction of movement in his right knee for 7 years. Examination revealed a 10 degree flexion deformity with diffuse swelling and tenderness, as well as a range of motion (ROM) of 10-30 degrees. X-ray showed a 'ring and arc' appearance.

Introduction: Calcium pyrophosphate crystal deposition disease, also known as pseudogout, is a condition in which calcium pyrophosphate dihydrate (CPPD) crystals accumulate in the joint tissues, causing inflammation and arthritis. CPPD crystals are known to accumulate due to trauma; however, pseudogout developing after open temporomandibular joint (TMJ) surgery has not been previously reported.
Presentation Of Case: A 54-year-old male presented to our hospital with complaints of discomfort and swelling in the front of the left ear.

Purpose: To compare the treatment outcomes of open arthrotomy, particularly with surgical dislocation, and arthroscopic surgery for hip synovial chondromatosis.
