Objective: Recent advancements of minimally invasive gynecologic surgery have led to the development of transvaginal natural orifice translumenal endoscopic surgery (vNOTES) [1,2]. Robot-assisted vNOTES has also been explored as a method providing accurate and fine surgical procedures with improved ergonomics, visualization, wristed instruments, elimination of the hand tremor [3,4]. The objective of this video is to demonstrate the technical and anatomical highlights of a vaginal assisted NOTES hysterectomy (VANH) using the da Vinci SP (SP).

Methods: A retrospective analysis was conducted on patients who underwent TELD for LDH at our hospital from November 2022 to December 2023. Patients treated with the integrated optical and magnetic surgical navigation system were defined as the navigation-guided transforaminal endoscopic lumbar discectomy (Ng-TELD) group (30 cases), while those treated with the conventional X-ray fluoroscopy method were defined as the control group (31 cases).

Aim: Minimally-invasive spinal surgery is increasingly being adopted worldwide. In this study, we evaluated the postoperative magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) findings and clinical outcomes of patients who underwent full endoscopic lumbar disk surgery.
Methods: Preoperative and postoperative 3rd and 6th month MRI features, visual analog scale (VAS) score, Oswestry Disability Index (ODI), and clinical features of patients who underwent percutaneous endoscopic lumbar discectomy between August 2009 and January 2012 were retrospectively analyzed.

Background: Congenital biliary dilatation (CBD) is a congenital malformation of the main biliary tract usually associated with the pancreatobiliary maljunction (PBM), determining stone formation, cholangitis, pancreatitis, and cholangiocarcinoma. The role of endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) in treatment and diagnosis has not been established yet. Therefore, the aim of our study is to define the actual role of ERCP in children with CBD.

Rationale: Percutaneous endoscopic transforaminal lumbar interbody fusion (PE-TLIF) is a minimally invasive surgical approach for the treatment of lumbar degenerative diseases, Due to the high incidence of surgical complications and long operative time, the cases reported in previous literature were focused on single segment lumbar degenerative diseases. In our study, we present 2 patients who had continuous double-level lumbar degenerated disease.
Patient Concerns: A 71-year-old man with severe low back pain and right leg pain for 3 months, a 57-year-old woman with severe low back pain and bilateral leg pain for 6 months.
