A simple technique is described for placing and orienting a facial prosthesis with a magnetic holder. This technique involves samarium-cobalt magnets embedded in a silicone prosthesis and counter magnets placed in a holding device.

Data Sources: A comprehensive search of four databases (PubMed, Scopus, Web of Science, and Cochrane) was conducted.
Methods: A systematic review and single-proportion meta-analysis was conducted employing PRISMA guidelines.

Observational and interventional studies evaluating neuropathies occurrence in adults who underwent dental implant surgery were included. Any neuropathy diagnostic was accepted.
