Background: Inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), including ulcerative colitis (UC) and Crohn's disease (CD), often results in significant morbidity among patients with moderate to severe forms. While biologics and small molecules are effective in inducing remission, many patients experience refractory disease or extraintestinal manifestations. This study assesses the safety and efficacy of dual-targeted therapy in IBD patients treated at the Inflammatory Bowel Disease Center.

Background & Aims: Atezolizumab/bevacizumab (A/B) is now a standard first-line treatment for advanced hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), but the optimal second-line regimen is not known. We evaluated real-world treatment patterns and outcomes to investigate factors associated with post-progression survival (PPS).
Methods: In this multicenter, international, retrospective study, we examined clinical characteristics and outcomes of patients with advanced HCC who progressed on first-line A/B.

Background: Consequences of osteochondral fractures associated with patellar dislocation can be severe for younger patients. Precise 3-dimensional characterization of fracture location, size, frequency, and radiographic associations remain undefined in this population.
Purpose: (1) To define the topographic characteristics of osteochondral fractures in pediatric and adolescent patients with first-time patellar dislocations and (2) to determine the relationship between these characteristics and radiographic and patient factors.

Purpose: This retrospective study furthers our understanding of risk factors associated with hemorrhage and intervention in renal angiomyolipomas (R-AMLs), particularly in larger tumors (≥ 4 cm) and in childbearing-age (CBA; younger than 50 years) women. The objective was to refine risk stratification and optimize patient management.
Methods: Review of our institutional database identified patients with radiographic R-AML from 1997 to 2023.
