Background: Hybrid Odontogenic Tumors (HOT) are defined by the presence of two or more independent odontogenic tumors that originate from and affect the same maxillofacial site.
Methods: The present study is the first case report of a mandibular HOT consisting of Ameloblastoma, Calcifying Epithelial Odontogenic Tumor, and Ameloblastic Fibroma.
Case Report: A 37-year-old otherwise healthy male presented with the chief complaint of swelling in the right mandibular body.

Background: Ameloblastoma is the most prevalent odontogenic tumor of the jaw, with a significant recurrence rate. It was conventionally classified radiographically as unilocular or multilocular. As 3D images become more common, there is a need to reassess this classification.

Background: Ameloblastoma is a benign odontogenic neoplasm with a high recurrence rate. Identifying cellular and molecular changes in this neoplasm may help predict the recurrence risk. Bcl-2 and galectin-3 are anti-apoptotic proteins associated with the prognosis of many neoplasms.

Odontogenic neoplasms of the jaw are dominated by ameloblastoma (AM), a locally aggressive epithelial tumor with a significant propensity for recurrence. The World Health Organization's 2022 update to the AM classification system underscores recent progress in comprehending its underlying mechanisms and refining clinical approaches. Contemporary research has yielded significant insights into the genetic underpinnings of AM, paving the way for the development of precision-based treatment strategies.

Objective: To analyze the frequency, clinical, histopathological, and radiological characteristics of ameloblastoma in Nigeria over the course of two decades.
Study Design: A retrospective analysis was conducted on 371 cases at a Nigerian university hospital between 2000 and 2023. Age, gender, site, histological variants, tumor size and duration were analyzed.
