Primary splenic diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (PS-DLBCL) is a rare manifestation of malignant lymphoma. Although DLBCL is the most common subtype of non-Hodgkin lymphoma, primary splenic involvement is uncommon. Unlabelled: Cytomegalovirus (CMV) is a human herpes virus with a worldwide seroprevalence of 60-100%, mainly known to cause severe life-threatening disease in immunocompromised patients. In immunocompetent hosts (IMCh), CMV causes a self-limiting mononucleosis-like infection, and severe pictures are less recognized. We report a case of a previously healthy 62-year-old woman evaluated in the Internal Medicine outpatient clinic for 3 weeks of progressive fatigue, generalised inflammatory arthralgias, hypogastric discomfort and daily persistent fever.

Benign eyelid lesions and its histopathological picture: A case-series.

Our prospective case series evaluates the clinical feature, histopathological picture, and treatment of benign eyelid lesions in a tertiary referral setting. Participants were first nine patients referred to the author with unilateral eyelid swelling. Main outcome measures were clinical features, histopathological picture, and response to surgical intervention.

Purpose: To determine the clinical pattern and burden of strabismus in a teaching institute of Northeast (NE) India.

Methods: In this hospital-based, cross-sectional study, detailed clinical evaluation of patients with manifest strabismus was carried out for a period of one and half years.

Results: Out of the 7222 new outpatient department attendances, a total of 110 new patients with manifest strabismus were found, with a hospital-based burden of 1.
