[Ultrasonics in the diagnosis of retinal detachment].

With the help of ultrasonography, 360 cases of opaque anterior segment of the eye have been examined. In these, 99 cases (27%) of retinal detachment have been found. Also in 200 cases of opaque media of the posterior segment, 61 cases (30%) of retinal detachment were present.
