With the maturity of thoracic endovascular aortic repair (TEVAR) technology and its increasing application in clinical practice, complications and long-term management after TEVAR have become issues of concern. Here, we report two cases of TEVAR for thoracic aortic dissection. One patient developed recurrent fever 6 years after TEVAR and underwent multiple courses of antibiotic therapy with a poor response.

Background: Penile metastasis is an uncommon condition, with most primary malignancies originating in the abdominal cavity and pelvis. There have been very few reported cases originating from lung cancer, most of squamous cell carcinoma without small cell lung cancer.
Methods: We presented a case of penile metastasis secondary to small cell lung cancer, along with a review of relevant literature from the CNKI database.

Ectopic adrenocorticotropic hormone secretion (EAS) is responsible for approximately 10%-18% of Cushing's syndrome cases. Thymic neuroendocrine tumors (NETs) comprise 5%-16% of EAS; therefore, they are very rare and the data about this particular tumors is scarce. We present a case of a 34-year-old woman with a rapid onset of severe hypercortisolism in April 2016.

Primary gingival diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) with muscle invasion is rare and accounts for ~0.5% of all reported cases of extranodal lymphoma. The present study describes the case of a 49-year-old man that initially presented at Yingshan County People's Hospital (Nanchong, China) in August 2017 with a chief complaint of tenderness and swelling of the jaw.

Mediastinal goiters represent descent of thyroid tissue from the neck to the intra thoracic cavity most commonly in the anterior mediastinal compartment. Posterior mediastinal extension is uncommon, comprising only 10-15% of all mediastinal goiters. Thyroid masses within mediastinum may present with range of symptoms from being asymptomatic to severe compressive symptoms according to size and location.
