Purpose: This study reports on the clinical outcomes of the single-arm phase-2 STEAL trial investigating online adaptive stereotactic body radiation therapy (SBRT) for abdominal-pelvic lymph node (A-P LN) oligometastases.
Methods And Materials: Patients with oligometastatic A-P LN were enrolled and treated to a total dose of 45 Gy in 5 fractions on the CyberKnife. For each patient, a library of 3 plans was created using a pretreatment diagnostic computed tomography (CT) scan and the treatment planning CT scan.

The mermaid syndrome, also known as sirenomelia, is considered an extremely rare congenital developmental disorder characterized by anomalies of the lower spine and lower limbs. Affected babies are born with partial or total leg fusion. Sirenomelia is thought to affect one in every 60,000 to 100,000 infants.

Background: The right-sided aortic arch (RAA) is an uncommon anatomical anomaly found in <0.1% of the adult population. In this article, we report a case of RAA anomaly with an aberrant left subclavian artery (ALSA) and Kommerell's diverticulum associated with aneurysmal dilation of the ascending aorta, left carotid artery (CCA) stenosis, and pancake kidney presented with a transient ischemic attack (TIA).

We present a case of sirenomelia diagnosed in the first trimester of pregnancy. The ultrasound examination showed fused lower extremities and an anechoic structure in the lower abdomen that is clue in the early diagnosis. The postmortem study showed the existence of a single umbilical artery (vitelline artery), with an origin in the abdominal aorta.

Transient global amnesia (TGA) is typified by an abrupt and transient anterograde amnesia, "with repetitive questioning and often variable retrograde amnesia persisting up to 24 hours." A 54-year-old male presented to our emergency department with paroxysms of left-sided flank pain, suggestive of renal colic. Computed tomography (CT) of the abdomen/pelvis revealed a three-millimeter left ureterovesicular-junction calculus.
