: The aim of this study is to identify the most accurate and consistent landmarks for determining the precise location of the mandibular foramen (MF) and the mandibular ramus, suggesting appropriate adjustments to anesthesia techniques based on these variations in order to improve the success rate of the inferior alveolar nerve (IAN) block. : CT scans of the mandibles from 100 patients were analyzed to measure the distance between the MF and various landmarks, including the sigmoid notch, gonion, posterior and anterior margins of the ramus, temporal crest, and the mandibular ramus height from the condyle to the gonion. The width of the mandibular ramus was also assessed, with correlations made to age and gender.

Objective: To evaluate the clinical outcomes and define the indications for a one-stage mandibular reconstruction technique that combines iliac bone flaps with immediate implant-based dentures, and to assess both the accuracy of surgical planning and the long-term success of the procedure.

Methods: A total of ten patients underwent the procedure at Peking University Hospital of Stomatology between June 2020 and August 2023. The preoperative biopsy pathology of all the patients confirmed a benign tumor.

Aim: This review aims to explore the clinical applications, biological mechanisms, and potential benefits of concentrated growth factors (CGFs), autologous materials, and xenografts in bone regeneration, particularly in dental treatments such as alveolar ridge preservation, mandibular osteonecrosis, and peri-implantitis.

Materials And Methods: A systematic literature search was conducted using databases like PubMed, Scopus, and Web of Science, with keywords such as "bone regeneration" and "CGF" from 2014 to 2024. Only English-language clinical studies involving human subjects were included.

Antegonial notching can occur after bilateral sagittal split osteotomy (BSSO) and may lead to unpleasant aesthetic outcomes in both young and older patients. This clinical study presents a new concept to potentially overcome this problem and describes the workflow. Beta-tricalcium phosphate patient-specific gap implants (β-TCP gap-PSIs) are biocompatible and resorbable bone grafts that are placed in the space of the osteotomy gap during orthognathic procedures; they are virtually planned and printed in 3D.

Radix entomolaris (RE) characterized by an extra root in mandibular molars is a rare phenotype. When this condition coincides with complex root canal curvatures or S-shaped canals, root canal therapy (RCT) challenges arise. The present study presents three cases of RE along with complex root curvatures.
