No abnormality was found in 76 of 100 dyspeptic out-patients under the age of 50 who underwent barium meal examination, while various non-malignant lesions were found in the remaining 24. Only 10% of those under 30, and 10% of those with symptoms for less than a year proved to have any abnormality. Because of the radiographic results treatment was altered in only 11 patients, and most of these changes were small.

While it typically presents in the neonatal period with nonbilious vomiting, delayed diagnosis beyond infancy is exceptionally rare.

Objective: Proximal gastrectomy (PG) is commonly used to remove proximal gastric cancer leading to gastroesophageal reflux and requires digestive tract reconstruction. This study is to compare the performance of esophagogastrostomy (EG), jejunal interposition (JI), and double tract reconstruction (DTR) on post-PG reconstruction effectiveness.
Methods: A retrospective study was conducted using the clinical data of 94 PG patients who underwent digestive tract reconstruction by EG (37 patients), JI (29 patients) or DTR (28 patients).

Introduction And Importance: One of the very rare causes of obstructive jaundice, Lemmel's syndrome, is caused due to biliary mechanical compression by a juxtapapillary diverticulum. It is defined as obstructive jaundice due to juxtapapillary diverticulum in the absence of cholelithiasis, periampullary tumours, or other detectable obstacles. It is an extremely rare syndrome; therefore, studies need to be done for proper diagnosis and management.
