Aims: The utilization of targeted metabolomics technology promises to facilitate the identification of novel metabolic markers in women with gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM), which may in turn facilitate a more comprehensive investigation of the underlying mechanisms of gestational diabetes GDM.
Materials And Methods: In this study, we used targeted metabolomics to identify serum metabolites from women with or without GDM. The differential metabolites were categorized and analysed using pathway analyses, correlated with maternal glucose level, and assessed as predictors of GDM by receiver operating characteristics analysis.

Although D-amino acids have been shown to reflect kidney conditions, their efficacy in treating diabetic kidney disease (DKD) has not been demonstrated. Introduction: Elvitegravir/cobicistat/emtricitabine/tenofovir alafenamide (E/C/F/TAF) was efficacious and well tolerated in children/adolescents with HIV (aged ≥6 years, weighing ≥25 kg) in a Phase 2/3 study. Here, we report data from children aged ≥2 years and weighing ≥14-<25 kg.
Methods: This is an analysis of data from the youngest cohort in an open-label, multicentre, multi-cohort, single-group, international study of children/adolescents with HIV.

Helical assemblies of organic dyes are ubiquitous chiral organic materials, with valuable properties including chiroptical switching due to the dynamic nature of supramolecular chirality. Herein, we report a novel chiral bis-perylene diimide macrocycle, which acts as a discrete molecular model for a chiral supramolecular assembly. Point chirality is installed through amino acid-derived imide groups which, upon macrocyclization, is translated into helical chirality in the perylene diimide dimer.
