Objectives: To investigate the likelihood of allergic rhinitis and potential co-morbidities, and to assess whether allergic rhinitis is associated with arterial blood pressure and hypertension.
Methods: In this population-based study, 369 adults with allergic rhinitis and asthma were assessed via a questionnaire and immunoglobulin E levels. There were four groups: control (n = 90), allergic rhinitis (n = 99), asthma (n = 87) and hypertension (n = 93).

Objective: To determine the association between Kawasaki disease (KD) and atopic diathesis (atopic dermatitis [AD], allergic rhinitis, and asthma) in children younger than 5 years of age.
Study Design: In this nationwide study, we aimed to analyze the association and temporal relationship between KD and atopic diathesis. Data were obtained from the National Health Insurance Research Database of Taiwan from 1997 to 2010.

Background: Vidian neurectomy was an option for treating allergic rhinitis in the past but outcomes varied. A modified transsphenoidal approach is proposed to simplify endoscopic vidian neurectomy. The postoperative evaluation of rhinorrhea, sneezing, and recurrence was investigated.
