Piriformis syndrome (PS) is an underdiagnosed condition, caused by entrapment of the sciatic nerve by the piriformis muscle tendon and adhesions in the deep gluteal space. We present a step-by-step endoscopic technique with the patient in a prone position through a posterior approach. This approach provides improved orientation for tracking the sciatic nerve from distal to proximal, facilitating the release of all adhesions and concluding with a piriformis tendon release.

This review examines the differences and similarities between the European and American guidelines concerning the use of imaging in the diagnosis and management of peripheral arterial disease (PAD) and aortic disease. PAD and aortic conditions contribute significantly to global cardiovascular morbidity and mortality; yet, they are often underdiagnosed and undertreated. Objective: To explore the personal experiences of women faced with the decision to continue a triplet pregnancy or undergo multifetal pregnancy reduction.
