The authors report a case of gastric hemangiopericytoma. This tumor, histogenetically derived from pericytes, has been detected in any tissue or structure. According to the review of the literature, the hemangiopericytoma of the stomach occurred very uncommonly, being published only 29 cases. Diagnosis is based on histological and immunohistochemical techniques. Surgery is the main therapy but the impredictable biological behaviour require different strategies.

Oesophageal duplication cysts are a subtype of foregut cysts, associated with the presence of ectopic gastric mucosa. Gastric acid secreted by this mucosa can lead to complications. We report one such unusual case of complication leading to the formation of broncho-oesophageal fistula in a duplication cyst.

Metastasis to the rectum is very rare and is usually caused by primaries from the breast, gastrointestinal tract, and genitourinary system. We report here a case of acute intestinal obstruction caused by an unusual rectal stenosis, for which he underwent a diversion stoma. On extensive evaluation for the etiology of the rectal stenosis, he was diagnosed with diffuse gastric cancer with Schnitzler's metastasis to the rectal submucosa.
