True seronegativity is extremely rare in Lyme neuroborreliosis (LNB) with reports only in patients with hematological malignancies or under treatment with chemotherapy and B-cell depleting therapies. Background: Japanese encephalitis virus (JEV) is a leading cause of viral encephalitis in Asia, with high case-fatality rate and morbidity. Although the live recombinant Japanese encephalitis chimeric vaccine (Imojev®) offers strong initial immunity, data on long-term efficacy beyond five years remain limited.
Methods: We conducted a cross-sectional study on adults vaccinated with Imojev® at a specialist travel clinic in Brisbane, Australia.

Seronegative autoimmune encephalitis is an infrequent entity in older patients, and its presentation as rapidly progressive parkinsonism is rarely seen in cases of autoimmune encephalitis. We present a case report of an older patient who presented with worsening Parkinson's-like symptoms over a month. We highlight the importance of considering autoimmune encephalitis as a potential cause of rapidly progressive parkinsonism and the importance of radiological findings when the entire autoimmune panel is negative in such patients.

Paradoxical reactions (PRs) to biologic medications, such as psoriasis, arthritis, and inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), have been increasingly recognized. The aim of reporting this case is to establish an association between golimumab and exacerbation or new (de novo) IBD in patients with axial spondyloarthritis (SpA). Our case involves a young patient with juvenile-onset ankylosing spondylitis (AS) who developed de novo IBD following golimumab therapy for active spinal disease.
