Venous aneurysms are uncommon and can involve the entire venous system and occur at any age. The presence of these aneurysmal formations at the level of the saphenous vein junction is rarely reported, given the small number of cases described in the literature. We report the case of a 41-year-old patient with an aneurysm in the saphenofemoral junction of the right great saphenous vein, discovered incidentally during a consultation for varicose veins of the right lower limb.

Inguinal masses have a large variety of causes, ranging from inguinal hernias to soft tissue sarcomas. One of the less prevalent causes is vascular origin. Venous aneurysms, unlike their arterial counterparts, are seen seldomly and experience in management of these cases is scarce.

Objective: Brachial artery aneurysms are rare entities that have typically been associated with trauma, infection, arterio-venous fistula creation or connective tissue disorders. These aneurysms are often asymptomatic, but they can also cause local tenderness or thrombo-embolic events. Due to the very low incidence of true brachial artery aneurysms, there are no standardized guidelines on their optimal management.
