A rare case of epidermoid cysts of the spleen in a 16-year-old boy, presenting with early clinical symptoms, is reported. In view of the extreme rarity of primary cysts of the spleen, the authors contemplate on the possibilities for establishing the diagnosis.

The Charles procedure (CP) is a potentially devastating treatment; however, in cases of an end stage of untreated or improperly treated lymphedema, it is the ultimate surgical therapy. As a life-saving solution, it quickly relieves patients with giant, hypertrophic extremities, mostly in ambulation and hygiene maintenance. Nevertheless, long-term results may disappoint both doctors and patients, who struggle with social stigma, the need for lifelong compression, massive lymphoedema in the distal parts of the feet, badly fitting shoes, excessive skin fibrosis, severe keratinization of skin-grafted surfaces, periodic lymphorrhea from the resected areas, or acute and chronic inflammation.

Ameloblastoma is a benign odontogenic epithelial tumor characterized by its aggressive behavior and a high likelihood of local recurrence if not fully excised. Ameloblastomas are a common type of slow-growing, true jaw tumor which may present as solid, multicystic or unicystic forms and originate from odontogenic epithelium and exhibit a variety of histological patterns. Keratoameloblastoma is considered to be a rare variant of ameloblastoma associated with more intense keratinization.

White epidermoid cysts are a rare type of epidermoid cyst that appears hyperintense on T1 weighted magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and are known for their characteristic pearly white outer appearance on gross pathology. White epidermoid cysts are not common findings; therefore, this illustrative case report was written to highlight the characteristics, progression, radiological evaluation, and management of a patient who presented to our center. This case report emphasizes the importance of determining the proper diagnosis to treat and manage the condition appropriately and avoid potential future complications.
