is a species of significant economic importance in China's aquaculture industry. In order to investigate the variations in morphologic and nutritional profiles of farmed crabs across diverse farming regions, were collected from six aquafarms located in the primary cultivation areas in China. The findings revealed significant variations in specific morphological indices, but these are insufficient for clear regional distinction using PCA.

The anatomical components of the female reproductive system-comprising the ovaries, uterus, cervix, vagina, and fallopian tubes-interact intricately to provide the structural and hormonal support essential for reproduction. However, this system is susceptible to various detrimental factors, both congenital and acquired, that can impair fertility and adversely affect quality of life. Recent advances in bioengineering have led to the development of sophisticated three-dimensional (3D) models that mimic the complex architecture and functionality of reproductive organs.

Angiosarcoma is an extremely uncommon mesenchymal neoplasm overall and moreso in female genital organs such as the ovary. Diagnosing primary ovarian angiosarcoma remains challenging on clinical grounds due to the absence of specific clinical symptoms as well as on histopathological analysis especially in poorly differentiated subtypes due to non-specific and overlapping morphologic features. Misdiagnosis in such scenarios can be devastating as this tumor is clinically very aggressive.

Purpose: Ovarian-Adnexal Reporting and Data System (O-RADS) US provides a standardized lexicon for ovarian and adnexal lesions, facilitating risk stratification based on morphological features for malignancy assessment, which is essential for proper management. However, systematic determination of inter-reader reliability in O-RADS US categorization remains unexplored. This study aimed to systematically determine the inter-reader reliability of O-RADS US categorization and identify the factors that affect it.

Nicotine is one of the most toxic substances found in cigarettes, but also found in chewing tobacco gum, patches and vaping products (electronic cigarettes). In addition to being a highly addictive chemical, it is capable of reducing fertility in men and women. In the ovaries, it can induce morphological changes and impair the formation of follicles, being a possible cause of changes in the reproductive cycle and anticipation of menopause in women whose mothers smoked during pregnancy.
