Intracranial arteriovenous malformations in a father and daughter are described. The pathology involved in one of the patients was localized in the left dura, whereas that of the other was located in the left parietal lobe. Although clinical symptoms were different in each patient, possible hereditary factors in causing the malformations are discussed.
